new to the City? let us show you around!

  • Yoga pants that are at least knee-length are recommended. Shirts can be looser fit if desired. You need to be able to move and stretch, so make sure you have good range of motion but still feel comfortable. Tank tops and closer-fitting gear helps instructors to better guide your form.

  • We suggest you bring water, but we do have bottled water available for sale. All other equipment will be provided. The use of sticky socks is optional and not required.

  • We have some parking in the lot in front of our building. Additional parking can be found along Belleville.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can give you an orientation to the studio, answer questions, and get you set up and comfortable.

  • Follow our cues! We are there to guide you. We are a hands-on studio, so our instructors will come by at times to perfect your form. If you do not wish to be touched please just let us know beforehand, or just wave us away when approached.

  • Welcoming staff, cool space, great music, and a fast-paced workout that hits all the right muscles. Maybe a little bit of sweat, probably a little soreness, and DEFINITELY a lot of fun!
