THE BORING STUFF

Client may cancel a booked class for up to 4 hours before class start time without penalty.
Late cancels:
- clients with unlimited pricing options will be charged a $10 late cancel fee
- class pack holders, mini-barre members, or single class drop-ins will lose the class on account
No shows:
- clients with unlimited pricing options will be charged a $20 no-show fee
- class pack holders, mini-barre members, or single class drop-ins will lose the class on account
Class packages/memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note expiration dates on class packages as these are unable to be extended.
Class packages are not able to be shared.

Card on file will be charged the same day each month (+/- 2 days transaction time) for the length of the contract.
Cancellations for month-to-month memberships must be via email 30 days prior to next billing. Cancellations with renewals inside of 30 days may result in additional billings.
Holds requests can be made once every 6 months for holds that are longer than 10 days. All hold requests must be submitted in writing 7 days before start date, and must include an end date. Holds 30 days or longer will incur a $25 pause fee.
No holds accepted within the initial term of a contract.

Doors to the studio open 15 minutes before class time. Prior to that instructors are setting up the studio and preparing for class.
Running late? Please call the studio to let us know so we can set up your equipment at a mat in the back where you will minimize disruption when entering.
If you’re unable to be in your spot within 5 minutes of class starting please do not enter the studio. New clients will not be permitted to enter the studio after class has started.
Always remove shoes by the cubbies and before walking onto the studio floor.
Phones should be left with your belongings except in extenuating circumstances. If your phone requires your attention during class please alert the instructor beforehand.
