Natalie C
Natalie moved to Richmond from Northern Virginia after graduating from JMU in 2022 to try something new. She studied Psychology and Medical Humanities, where she found a love for mental health. After a year in Richmond trying out different fitness classes, she stepped into City Barre and never wanted to leave. Growing up playing lacrosse and field hockey, she craved a workout that also came with a sense of community.
“whether it’s first thing in the morning or a challenge I’m looking forward to after work, I know the studio will leave me refreshed and recharged”
Natalie works as an operations manager for a mental health company, where you’ll find her working remotely from coffee shops around Richmond. On weeknights and weekends she’s out finding new local restaurants, planning the next concert she’s going to or binge watching horror movies on her couch.
